FAQ’s & Resources

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is included in a cleaning service?

It depends on the type of cleaning service you select (deep or basic):

  • DEEP CLEANING: this is more intense than a basic clean and we typically recommend this service for those who have either never had professional cleaning done before, or who haven't had professional services within the past thirty days. This level of service is typically in preparation for our recurring standard weekly, bi-weekly and or monthly cleaning services.
  • BASIC CLEANING: usually follows your initial deep cleaning service and with recurring weekly, bi-weekly and or monthly cleanings, this level of service can act as a maintenance tool to reduce the negative impact of germs, bacteria, viruses and pathogens and helps to keep your home refreshed, sparking and germ free.

We follow the safety guidelines issued by the CDC and the local public health officials and understand the importance of protecting against viruses, pathogens, fungus and bacteria.
